Erick Moore, President
Erick has worked in marketing research at nearly every level—in many industries and in many different capacities—from his start as a data analyst at a national nonprofit organization, to his work as director of product management at a consulting agency, to his current role as president of a full-service marketing research company. At the American Cancer Society in Atlanta, Erick was in charge of national fundraising analysis and cancer control cluster analysis. He moved to Target Analysis Group in Cambridge, Massachusetts, where he was the product manager for online surveys and data miners, and facilitated benchmarking and best practices meetings. He returned to the American Cancer Society as national director of marketing research until assuming the role of president of EMpanel Online.
Matt Richardson, VP Business Development
Matt brings five years of online panel experience to Empanel Online. Working with high-profile clients in the industry, Matt has both high-level insight into industry trends and best practices, as well as broad and detailed knowledge of industry operations and evolving technologies. Prior to Empanel Online, Matt spent time as a Major Accounts Executive for Greenfield Online and building and maintaining custom panels. Living in Los Angeles, Matt heads the west coast operations for EOL.
James Lumpp, VP Qualitative Analysis
Jim has more than 25 years’ experience in marketing research. He spent two years with DuPont and seven years as vice president and research director of an advertising agency near Kansas City, then four with an Atlanta agency. He's been an independent consultant since 1994, joining forces with EMpanel last year. Jim specializes in business-to-business projects using a wide range of qualitative and quantitative techniques. He has served more than 200 clients and has conducted 1,700+ focus groups and thousands of personal interviews. He's an Adjunct Professor at the University of Mississippi in Oxford.
Bob Johnson, VP Quantitative Analysis
Bob leads quantitative analysis client work for EMpanel Online. Bob has more than 15 years of survey development, analysis and presentation experience having personally managed more than 200 surveys for clients in a multitude of industries, including retail, packaged goods, financial services, insurance, health care, business and professional services, leisure, entertainment, hardware, software, technical services and software as a service. His past roles include principal analyst, vice president and practice lead at industry advisory firms Dataquest, Gartner, META Group, ITSMA and IDC.
